Paul Riddell, HR Consultant
Paul previously worked for the Commission for Racial Equality as the Head of Equality and Diversity and Legal Strategy and brings a wealth of practical experience and knowledge of the inclusion, equality and diversity field spanning over 30 years. He also contributed to the development of CRE Codes of Practice.
Paul is an experienced equality and diversity trainer and has developed and delivered a variety of general and specialised diversity and equality training courses at all levels, including senior management and Board level within the private and public sector. Paul has been instrumental in the formulation of guidance on the drafting of Equality Schemes and the process of equality impact assessments. He also has practical experience of conducting equality impact assessments on a range of proposed policies and strategies.
