Nick is a former board level Human Resources Director with a wealth of experience that spans 30 years across Professional Services, Construction, Retailing and the Computer Industry. He has established and led HR functions to deliver “value add” HR services that are aligned with overall business strategy, mission, values and goals.
Nick is passionate about employee engagement, culture and performance management as keys to bottom line results. He understands the wider contexts of commercial organisations having also lectured the Masters level CIPD’s Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management. His specialisms include Change Management (including M & A), Talent Management, International HR, Employee Engagement (including delivering the “Investors In People” accreditation), Best Practice HR Policy, Reward management, Learning & Development and Employee communications.
