Colin has extensive experience of policy analysis and research, investigation and mediation, staff training, coaching and development, with effective communications being a key theme in his work and approach. The issue of diversity and corporate social responsibility have also been an important part of Colin’s work, taking account of the impact on and feedback obtained from different cultures and groups, and progressing strategic initiatives in relation to work forces, markets and local communities.
Colin has worked in agencies where he has headed up award winning advertising, PR and marketing campaigns, and also worked at one time with international law firm DLA Piper where he was part of the employment group. Colin has worked with a wide range of companies and businesses in all sectors, and has been published widely.
